Custom mats
What sizes can I order?
The configurator supports everything from small placemats to full table coverings up to 140 × 260 cm, adjustable in 1 mm steps, with rectangle, oval, circle, and fully freeform shapes.
What file formats can I upload for a freeform shape?
SVG gives the cleanest result and is applied to the preview instantly. PNG files with transparency also work — the outline is traced from the visible area. AI files are accepted as reference, and a representative will confirm the final outline with you.
How long does a custom mat take?
Standard shapes are produced within 3 business days, then shipped. For freeform designs we confirm production details with you first, and production time is confirmed at that point.
Can I change or cancel a custom order?
As agreed at checkout, the design is final once submitted and paid. Contact us immediately at support@levery.co if you spot a mistake — if production hasn't started, we'll do our best to help.
How exact are the dimensions?
Cut leather goods carry a minor production tolerance of a few millimeters, which is normal for the material.
Material & care
What is Roskin®?
Roskin® is our own silicone-based vegan leather, developed and manufactured by Jesco Korea. It has the depth and pebble grain of premium leather while being heat-resistant, waterproof, and stain-proof.
How do I clean my mat?
Wipe with a damp cloth or mild soap and air dry. No machine washing, and avoid abrasive cleaners and sharp objects. Victoria hard mats should be stored flat.
Shipping & returns
Where do orders ship from?
Every product ships from our production facility in Pocheon, South Korea. US standard shipping is $7.99 (free over $150); within Korea it's ₩3,000 flat via CJ대한통운.
What is your return policy?
Standard items can be returned within 30 days, unused and in original packaging. Custom-made mats are final sale except for defects. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
