Shipping Policy

Effective July 11, 2026

Every Levery product ships from our production facility in Pocheon, South Korea — the same place our Roskin® material is made.

United States

Standard shipping is $7.99, and free on orders over $150. In-stock items are processed within 1–3 business days, with delivery typically 5–10 business days after dispatch. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

South Korea (대한민국)

전국 어디든 배송비 3,000원 (CJ대한통운). 재고 상품은 영업일 기준 1–3일 내 출고되며, 출고 후 1–3일 내 도착합니다. 발송 시 이메일로 운송장 번호를 보내드립니다.

Custom-made products

Custom Pacific Mats are made to order. Standard shapes (rectangle, oval, circle) are produced within 3 business days before shipping. For freeform designs, a Levery representative will contact you to confirm production details, and production time is confirmed at that point.

Order changes and address issues

If you need to change your shipping address, contact support@levery.co as soon as possible — we can update it any time before the order ships. We are not responsible for delivery to an incorrectly supplied address, so please double-check your details at checkout.

Delays

Carrier delays, customs processing, and peak seasons can occasionally extend delivery times beyond the estimates above. If your order is significantly delayed, contact us and we will track it down.
