This Privacy Policy describes how Levery Goods LLC ("Levery", "we", "us") collects, uses, and shares your personal information when you visit or make a purchase from levery.co (the "Site").

Information we collect

Order information. When you make a purchase, we collect your name, billing and shipping address, email address, phone number, and order details. Payment card details are processed by our payment providers (including Shopify Payments) and are never stored by us.

Custom order files. If you order a Custom Pacific Mat, we collect the dimensions, notes, and any design files you upload. These are used solely to produce your order.

Device information. When you browse the Site, we automatically collect information about your device and interaction with the Site — IP address, browser, time zone, pages viewed, and referring pages — using cookies and similar technologies.

How we use your information

We use your information to fulfill orders (including manufacturing custom items, processing payment, arranging shipping, and providing order confirmations and support), to screen orders for fraud, to improve the Site, and — where you have opted in — to send you information about our products. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any message.

Cookies

The Site uses cookies to keep your cart working, remember your region and language, and understand how visitors use the Site. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect how the Site functions.

Sharing your information

We share personal information only with service providers who need it to serve you: Shopify Inc., which powers our online store; payment processors that handle your transaction; and shipping partners (including CJ Logistics in Korea and their delivery partners in the United States) that deliver your order. We may also share information to comply with applicable laws, respond to lawful requests, or protect our rights. We do not sell your personal information.

International transfers

We operate in the United States and South Korea, and products are manufactured at our facility in Pocheon, Korea. Your information may be processed in either country as needed to fulfill your order, subject to this policy.

Retention

We keep order records for as long as needed to provide our services and meet our legal and accounting obligations, then delete or anonymize them.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. United States residents of states with consumer privacy laws may exercise those rights, and residents of South Korea have rights under the Personal Information Protection Act (개인정보 보호법). To make a request, email support@levery.co — we will verify your identity and respond as required by applicable law.

Children

The Site is not intended for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes to our practices or for legal reasons. The effective date above will always reflect the latest version.
