Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of levery.co (the "Site") and your purchase of products from Levery Goods LLC ("Levery", "we", "us"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Eligibility

By using the Site you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your place of residence, or that you have the consent of a parent or guardian.

3. Products and pricing

Prices are shown in US dollars for the United States and Korean won for South Korea, as selected by your region. We make every effort to display our products and prices accurately, but errors can occur; we reserve the right to correct errors, update information, and cancel orders affected by incorrect pricing or availability, with a full refund. Product colors may vary slightly from what your screen displays.

4. Custom-made products

Custom Pacific Mats are manufactured to the dimensions, shape, color, and design files you submit. As stated at checkout: once the file is submitted and the payment is made, the design is final. Please review your specifications carefully before ordering. Minor production tolerances of a few millimeters are normal for cut leather goods. For freeform designs, a Levery representative may contact you to confirm production details before manufacturing begins. Custom-made products are final sale as described in our Refund Policy.

5. Uploaded files

When you upload a design file for a custom order, you keep ownership of your design and grant Levery a limited license to use the file solely to manufacture your order. You confirm that you own or have the right to use the design, and that it does not infringe any third party's rights or contain unlawful or offensive content. We may decline to produce any design at our discretion, with a full refund.

6. Orders and payment

Your order is an offer to purchase; we may accept or decline it at our discretion, including where we suspect fraud or error. Payment is processed at checkout by our payment providers. We reserve the right to limit quantities per customer or order.

7. Shipping and risk of loss

Shipping methods, costs, and estimated times are described in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the address you provide. Please make sure your shipping information is accurate; we are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly supplied address.

8. Returns

Returns and refunds are handled as described in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

9. Intellectual property

The Site and its content — including the Levery name and logo, the Roskin® mark, product designs, photography, and text — are the property of Levery Goods LLC and its affiliate Jesco Korea Co., Ltd., and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or use them without our written permission.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

Except as expressly stated in these Terms or required by applicable law, the Site and our products are provided "as is" and "as available", and we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Levery's total liability arising out of your use of the Site or purchase of products is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including consumer protection rights in your jurisdiction.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Levery against claims arising from your breach of these Terms, including claims that a design file you submitted infringes a third party's rights.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If you are a consumer in a jurisdiction whose laws grant you mandatory protections, nothing in this section deprives you of those protections.

14. Changes; severability

We may update these Terms from time to time; the version posted on the Site at the time of your order applies to that order. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
